I watched Fundamentals of Fast Swimming last night and thought it was excellent. I learned of it through Gary Sr.’s post on the slowtwitch forums. I swam competitively for 17 years and have spent time on and off coaching and teaching. Though I’ve been away from swimming for a number of years, I have recently started coaching again. Unlike my prior coaching experience with teams, I am now working with individual triathletes who do not have extensive competitive swim backgrounds. Though I’m not generally impressed with informational products for swimming, your DVD is an exception.

It provides a smart and easy to understand approach for swimmers of any level that want to swim faster. Your explanations, insights, and tips/drills are just outstanding. Even for those of us who are well-familiar with the techniques that are recommended in the video, I learned new reasons for using them and great ways to explain them to others. I intend to recommend your DVD to everyone I know who wants to swim faster. Thanks for such a great DVD.
