I tried this product before my 50 m free at the US Masters Long Course Championships in Indianapolis (August 6-9, 2009) and felt an incredible difference in the need for oxygen throughout the race. I swam a personal best with just one breath required. I swam the same even the day before in a relay and barely made it with 3 breaths.
This stuff really works!
