Yes, I did take Thunderbolt myself. I think you can feel an effect right from the first time you use it. Take it up to twice a day, two capsules. Best would be in the morning on empty stomach and then early afternoon before practice.

Unlike the Liquid Oxygen it won't give you a "boost" but you'll feel the difference of ATP storage when you start to get to the end of that hard set. You might not even feel a big difference other than the fact that you will be able to dig deeper to what you're used to. At least that's what I felt ... it made days where I would have average or bad workouts better days and good days great days in the pool.

For some additional information go to the Forums and read one of Nathan's older posts:
<a href="http://www.theraceclub.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1618" target="_self" rel="nofollow">http://www.theraceclub.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1618</a>

Although, I do encourage you do keep posting you answers directly under his posts in this column section so we all get to benefit of the discussion.

I'm not an expert but I would say this also depends on each supplement. I guess there are things such as a multivitamin that you can start taking from an early age and others that have certain ingredients you would not want to give your kids. If you're a high performance athlete between age 14 and 16 I think this would be a good time to start taking some supplements. But always now what you put in your body, thus consult with someone what you can take and don't just buy stuff on the Internet.

I actually think the name Thunderbolt is pretty cool and way better than any of the titles like the one you mentioned. I did try Thunderbolt myself but never took it on a regular and continuous basis. So I'm not sure if I can or would give all the props to Thunderbolt but I have to say that on some days I felt like it made an average (or bad) workout better.
