World Team
Members of The Race Club's World Team enjoy the benefits of the organization for different levels of support.

Training: Several members of The Race Club World Team train in Islamorada in the Florida Keys with their contemporaries in the perfect environment. This group is designed to pool talented male and female swimmers from around the world that have a shot at representing their country at the Olympic Games. Depending on space, World Team Members are invited to train here. The Race Club makes every effort to cover as many of the expenses associated with the training and living in Islamorada. The Race Club program provides the following to its World Team Members:
- A strength trainer that develops a program appropriate for each athlete
- Access to the Founders Park Aquatics Center in Islamorada, Village of Islands and Jacobs Aquatic Center in Key Largo. These amazing facilities consist of multi-million dollar pools; 50 meter pool located right on the Florida Bay and 25 meter pool located oceanside in Key Largo.

- Core Training
- Massage Therapy
